Foundations is designed for beginning students and focuses on the basics. You’ll be surrounded by both new and returning practitioners, you’ll even find more advanced yogis in class who simply want to work on their basics. Yoga is a never-ending learning experience! You think you’re not flexible? No problem, yoga will help you with that. Do you have a weak upper body, not a problem either, yoga will help you build your strength, progressively at your own pace. No idea what is tadasana or savasana, don’t worry! Our teachers will give you plenty of specific instructions so you’ll never feel lost. We’re all in this together! This class is not heated and 60 minutes in length.
